Meet Journey Coordinator Julia

Meet Julia! Julia has been a part of the surrogacy world as a two-time experienced surrogate and a surrogacy professional for several years. She brings genuine care and compassion to her work supporting parents and surrogates through their own journeys, and she adds joy, positivity, and many laughs to our days here at CS - she makes everyone's days a little brighter, and we are so grateful she is a part of our team!

My Amazing Family

A Little Bit About Me: Hi there!! My name is Julia. I have been married to my husband, Jordon, for 10 years. We have two amazing children - Tucker who is 8 years old, and Ramona who is 16 months. I am a Two-Time Surrogate. In between our kiddos, my husband supported me through two pregnancies and deliveries for two separate intended parents, resulting in two beautiful little girls! We live in Minnesota, about an hour north of the metro (in the woods/country). We love being in nature, and a little further away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

How I Found Surrogacy: I had been working in the medical field for close to 10 years when a good friend of mine/co-worker was going through the surrogacy screening process. Prior to this, I had no idea there was such an immense need for gestational carriers. I began researching this amazing process, and immediately something in my spirit called me to help. I was blessed to complete two successful journeys about two years apart. I fell in love with surrogacy, and I knew I needed to be a part of this community in every way possible. During my second journey, I left pediatrics and joined Keely's team as a Journey Coordinator. The rest is just beautiful history!

Fun Fact About Me: I love to garden, and I play piano.

Message to Potential Surrogates and Intended Parents: When I reflect on my time as a surrogate, there aren't really words that can adequately describe the joy it has brought into my life, and into the lives of the intended parents I was able to help. It's a warmness, like a big hug I never knew I needed. This process brings families together in so many ways.

I am so blessed to be able to continue this work from the other side, guiding our surrogates and intended parents with first-hand knowledge and experience.

As the saying goes, if you love what you do, you never work a day in your life!
